Everything we know about outdoor trousers, distilled into a more concise Kiwi! These slightly longer-length shorts are a great halfway house between our Kiwi Trousers and Active Shorts. All the same performance and protection you’d expect from Kiwi, but with the unrestricted freedom of movement that only shorts can deliver!
Best for: Summer walking.

i live in craghoppers all year round and these are the shorts of choice for me. The practicalities of the trousers are retained and with the major benefit of the normal ch shorts is the cargo pocket. As a dog owner this is the place for the ubiquitous mobile and the essential nappy bags for the canine deposits.
Great but lack of belt is cheap

As the owner of several pairs of kiwi trousers, I find the fit allows a full range of movement for most activites, and was looking for shorts that were the same. In particular, that don't grab at the knees, front of leg when bending. These shorts are loose enough to allow bending without grabbing/pulling, keep you cool, yet are long enough to look decent. Much preferable than the convertible trousers that leave you with a zip digging into you if you kneel down. On the negative side, despite costing almost as much as the trousers they don't come with a belt, which is a drawback for shorts with an elasticated waist. PS If you select express delivery, you will get them the next working day, even though your confirmation email says it takes 3-5 days.
Pros:
Comfortable, Plenty of Pockets, Well Constructed
