I am a between 8 & 10 on hip by the size chart but 8 fits perfectly on waist and hip. It is very comfortable and the fleece lining does not make me itch (some do). Have already bought another pair.

These are great. I have two pairs and probably need more. They are so pratical, no ironing, and really warm and comfortable. Also good fit as low waisted.
